I cannot thank you enough for taking the time to visit my website and show interest in being a part of our movement. My name is Alex Campbell, and I am the owner of CAMBUL Personal Training here in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area of Arizona. I am a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) and have additional certificates through BOSU and TRX for functional training, as well as a Peak Nutrition sponsored athlete. I will be graduating from Arizona State University in Spring 2020 with a Bachelors in Kinesiology, "the study of body movements" in hopes of leading into Physical Therapy school.
I grew up in a small watermelon farming town known as Hermiston, Oregon. I have played sports all my life, I was best at football and baseball and eventually moved down to Scottsdale my senior year of high school to specialize in baseball where I went on to play a few years in college. A Tommy John elbow injury ended my career in sports, which lead me to falling in love with Physical Therapy and its ability to train the body away from injury. After over a year of rehabbing my elbow, I realized that training people was what I truly wanted to do in life. It took two years of being a physical therapy technician until I went off on my own to start CAMBUL Personal Training. I specialize in training elite young athletes, elderly people who are looking to avoid injury to live their life at the fullest, and strength training for the one looking to lose body fat and gain muscle.
I have had the opportunity to grind my way through the industry and weed out all of the information that confuses, overwhelms, and lies to us every day through the media. I've learned from one of the top physical therapists in the valley at Spooner Physical Therapy. I have learned exactly how to treat every single person the right way and go by the facts of research to truly take that person to a new level of health and physical fitness. I trained professional athletes, patients with life long diseases, rehab from surgeries, and plenty of low back problems. I have also gone through the corporate gyms which have helped me better understand the business. I can honestly say that my business will truly give you the best value for your money on the market.
If there is one thing I have learned in life thus far, it is that you must continue to learn and be able to adapt to what life gives you to succeed. Whether it's a career ending injury, or if it's just a couple months of bad health choices. You must learn from your mistakes and adapt to make your life as absolutely exciting as possible.
If you don't, you're just alive. You aren't actually living.
I am here to make you feel alive again.
